I have noticed that if you choose to move a marker while audio is playing, there is a jittery effect as the play head constantly resets to the cursor.  This goes away if the playing is stopped, but it can be unnerving.

Moving the markers did not work right when audio is playing. This is now fixed. The correction will be available in the next update, or you can use the current development version here:
