I use a mouse with a roller on top and two thumb buttons.  I would love to make the thumb buttons perform the task of Z and SHIFT-Z.

But it doesn't seem possible to edit this shortcut, at least not from the Edit Keyboard Shortcuts option. Z and SHIFT-Z don't seem to be anywhere on the menu.

Good point, Michael. The Z and Shift-Z shortcuts are indeed hardcoded inside TwistedWave. There are a few things I would like to improve in the handling of keyboard shortcuts for a future update. I'll think about making the Z shortcut available as well.
